Builders of Hope’s first project is Barrington Village,
an upscale affordable home community located conveniently within 15
minutes from downtown Raleigh off Barwell Road.
The high-quality homes in this neighborhood have been rescued
from condemnation through donations from developers, the city and
other organizations. These homes are being relocated, set on new foundations
and rehabilitated with desirable features such as covered front porches,
bright open floor plans and modern kitchens.
Neighborhood amenities include paved driveways, planned landscaping,
lantern post street lights, landscaped entrance signage and plans
for a future community center.
