Raleigh’s median home cost now exceeds $223,000, making it a challenge for many working families to qualify for, purchase and stay in a home.
These working families, in search of affordable housing, have been forced to move to outlying areas, settle for homes in a state of disrepair or live in undesirable neighborhoods.
